Mark’s Feedstore is a small restaurant chain that has a few locations in Louisville. The meal was the Baby Back Rib dinner with coleslaw and fried corn on the cob. The food was really good and the Mark’s special Barbecue dipping sauces. The BBQ ribs were falling off of the bone and the dinner that I ordered came with 10 ribs that couldn’t be finished, but definitely worth the effort. I tried their Burgoo, a Kentucky specialty that’s sort of a spicy stew made from a mixture of meats and vegetables. This version was just pork, beef and chicken. I wasn’t too impressed so just a bite was good enough. The important real estate in my belly was already promised to the ribs.
