Bourbon Ball 25 ‘Homecoming’ Benefit for Arts Moved to August

Bourbon Ball 25: Homecoming, a legendary gala that is usually held on the first Saturday in October, will be held on Friday, August 21, 2009, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, at The Henry Clay, 604 South Third Street.
The fundraiser benefits the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft and includes a silent auction, artists’ trunk shows, bourbon tastings, dinner by The Silver Spoon, dancing to the music of The Familiar Faces, and Kentucky crafts.
The participating distilleries include: Four Roses Distillery, Heaven Hill Distilleries, Jefferson’s Reserve Bourbon, Jim Beam Brands Co., Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Old Forester Bourbon, Wild Turkey Bourbon, and Woodford Reserve Distillery.
Tickets are $250 per person (includes bourbon tastings, silent auction, trunk shows, dinner and dancing), or $75 per person (includes silent auction, two complimentary drink tickets and dancing). The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981. Its mission is to promote and support art and craft excellence in Kentucky.
