Old Wood Bourbon Barrel Top Table

The High Point Furniture market is embracing the “old is new” idea by reclaiming and recycling wood from buildings – and Bourbon Barrel tops as part of the “old wood” decor.

The Old Wood Co. of Asheville, N.C. uses old wood re-engineered into new designs, often just incorporating simple metal legs like the Bourbon Barrel top table.

Their “Old Wood Select” collection offers rare wood species. The aptly named “Bourbon” round table is made from authentic Kentucky bourbon barrel heads; some still bearing the marks of the distiller.
