Beer and Brats.

Miller Beer and Hillshire Farms are teaming up to offer the flavor of sausage cooked in beer that will be ready to eat much quicker than home recipes.

“Common sense on a bun” is how the Miller High Life spokesperson describes the product. (Miller promotes “common sense in a bottle” for their beers.)

Taking away the marinating may take away some of your special ingredients and tastes, but when you have a desire for Brats or get a sudden drop-in of friends and need a quickie for the grill, looks like the Hillshire/Miller Beer Brats will have a place on your grocery list.

The new Hillshire Farm Miller High Life Beer Brats will be featured in the 2009 Char-Broil Grilling Tour, which runs through Nov. 15 at over 210 Lowe’s locations and food, music, racing, sporting and miscellaneous events and festivals across the U.S., conducting cooking demonstrations and offering grilling tips and free samples.
